By submitting a company or project to ranking.luxe ("the platform", "we", "us") or by sending a payment through the platform, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before paying.

1. What ranking.luxe is

ranking.luxe is a public, paid visibility ranking. A company or project's position is determined by the total amount verified as paid to the platform, not by editorial judgment, quality review, or endorsement. Appearing on the ranking, at any position, is not a certification, rating, or recommendation by ranking.luxe, and must not be presented as one.

2. Payments

Payments are made in USDC on the Base network to the wallet address shown on the platform, or in exceptional cases, in cash directly to the founder, at the platform's sole discretion. On-chain payments are verified automatically against the Base blockchain. Cash payments are recorded manually by the platform and are not independently verifiable by third parties; they are clearly distinguishable from on-chain payments wherever ranking data is displayed or exported.

3. No refunds

Payments made in cryptocurrency are irreversible by nature. Once a payment is verified and a position is granted, it is final. We do not offer refunds, whether the payment was made in error, for an amount different than intended, or for any other reason. Before paying, double-check the destination address and the amount, and use the exact figures shown by the platform at the time of your order.

4. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, visibility, leads, sales, or any other business outcome from appearing on the ranking. Positions can change at any time as other participants submit new verified payments. We do not guarantee that a given position will be maintained for any period of time.

5. Content and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (company name, category, website, and logo). We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission, at any time and without prior notice, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it: impersonates another person or entity; infringes a trademark or other intellectual property right; links to illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity; or is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to manipulate the ranking (for example, submitting a false or duplicated transaction hash).

6. No investment advice

Nothing on ranking.luxe constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. A project's position on the ranking reflects the amount paid, not an assessment of its legitimacy, security, or investment merit. Always do your own research before interacting with any project listed here.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ranking.luxe and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including losses related to blockchain transactions, network fees, or third-party wallets and services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when this page is updated. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
